Delivery Information

Where we deliver

Everywhere in Bangladesh, by courier, straight to the address you give us at checkout.

Delivery charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳80
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120

The charge is added once per order, not per item, and you see it at checkout before you confirm anything.

How long it takes

Delivery takes 2–5 working days. We call you to confirm the order before it is dispatched, so the clock starts from that confirmation.

Payment on delivery

All orders are Cash on Delivery. You pay the delivery person in cash when the parcel reaches you — there is no advance payment, and no card or mobile-banking details are collected anywhere on this site. The delivery person waits while you check the parcel.

On the day of delivery

Please keep your phone reachable — the courier calls before arriving. If you can't receive the parcel that day, tell us and we will arrange another date.

How it is packed

Every item is checked and packed by hand at our end before it goes out.
