What we collect

When you place an order we ask for:

• your name;
• your mobile number;
• your delivery address and the area you are in.

We also keep what is in your basket and a record of the orders you have placed with us. We never collect card or bank details, because we do not take online payment at all.

Cookies

This site sets two cookies, both for the shop to work: a session cookie that keeps your basket between pages, and a security token that protects the checkout form. There are no advertising or analytics cookies — the site carries no tracking scripts.

Who we share it with

Our courier partner receives your name, mobile number and delivery address, because that is what it takes to hand you the parcel. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone else, and we do not use them for advertising.

Files loaded from other services

Our pages load fonts and small script libraries from public content networks (Google Fonts and jsDelivr). Those requests go to that provider, so they see your IP address as part of serving the file. No order details are ever sent to them.

How long we keep your details

Order records are kept so we can handle deliveries, answer questions about an order and keep our accounts in order. If you would like your details corrected or removed, contact us — we will do it, except where a completed order's record still has to be kept for accounting.
