Every order is Cash on Delivery

Nothing is paid until the parcel is in your hands. That means you get to see what you bought, in person, before you pay for it.

Check the parcel at the door

Please take a moment with the delivery person and check that:

• it is the right item, in the size you ordered;
• the colour and fabric are as shown on the website;
• the stitching and finishing are up to standard;
• everything you ordered is inside the parcel.

If something is not right

Hand the parcel back to the delivery person. In that case you pay only the delivery charge for the parcel — you are not charged for the item itself, and there is no restocking fee or anything else to settle.

That delivery charge is the one shown at checkout for your area: ৳80 inside Dhaka, ৳120 outside Dhaka.

Once you receive it and pay

The order is complete. We cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds after the parcel has been received and paid for, so please check it carefully at the door.
